The 4th Working Group session on ODR (WG III) will be held from May 21st-25th. Discussion will continue to focus on drafting procedural rules for ODR systems to resolve low-value, high-volume cross-border e-commerce disputes.

San Marino Accedes to United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods

With its accession to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ("CISG"), San Marino became the 78th State Party to the Convention. The CISG will enter into force for San Marino on 1 March 2013.
