The International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) and Pace Law's Institute of International Commercial Law are partnering to conduct research regarding sustainability and stabilization clauses in international contracts. This research aims to increase knowledge of the corporate response to increased demands for corporate accountability, sustainable development, and human rights concerns.

CISG Advisory Council Meeting and Conference: International Congress: Contract Law & International Commercial Arbitration, November 5-8, 2009, Logroño, La Rioja, Spain

The Institute of International Commercial Law at Pace Law School has been granted observer NGO status at the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)

The next meeting of the CISG Advisory Council will take place in Logroño, the capital of the province of La Rioja in Spain. This coincides with the International Congress: Contract Law & International Commercial Arbitration, hosted by the University of La Rioja, and co-sponsored by the Institute of International Commercial Law, among others.
